Letter from the Secretary General
Dear Delegates and Faculty Advisors,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the third session of Greenwood High Model United Nations, to be held online from Saturday, September 19 to Sunday, September 20.
Diplomacy is a skill that in the modern age holds the key to unparalleled opportunities. The age of globalisation has given us a worldly community at the cost of weaving an intricate web of global interdependence. Today, a single action has the capacity to initiate global catastrophe making it all the more important for us, as the future generation, to be aware and involved.
This year at GWHMUN we aim to move beyond the peevish metamorphosis of MUNs and seek to initiate debate based on research and inquisitiveness. We hope to find solutions and reach conclusions independent of repetitive expression and individual aspirations because, any idea that we express today may become an ideology in the future.

Letter from the Director General
Dear Delegates,
Welcome to this year’s edition of Greenwood High Model United Nations, taking place on 19th and 20th September 2020.
Although the pandemic has resulted in this year’s conference being online, there is no doubt that we will keep the high stature of the GWHMUN. We intend to retain the title of the biggest MUN in Bangalore even within the confines of online MUNs. GWHMUN20 aims to bring to you aspiring change makers, a platform to experience the exhilarating simulation of a United Nations conference, a chance to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Our slogan, “Your voice. Your nation. Your delegation” reflects our objectives in helping our delegates be responsible citizens of the world.The most important thing to keep in mind while attending a Model UN conference, is that regardless of not winning an award you take with you the knowledge and skills. Keep debating and continue learning.
